Danielle McNamee

Managing Director

Danielle is the founder of ProcessWorx.  She has over twenty years’ experience in people management and industrial relations across Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States. Danielle graduated with a Bachelor of Economics Honours degree and completed the Department of Productivity and Labour Relations graduate program. She is responsible for managing ProcessWorx and growing our client base.

Michael McNamee

IT Director

Michael spent the first twenty years of his career working with Silicon Valley companies designing and testing digital devices and systems. He has degrees in both Electronic Engineering and Physics and has experience with a wide range of computer hardware and software systems. Michael is responsible for all IT infrastructure and information systems.

Sara Harris

HR/WHS Advisor

Sara is an experienced, commercially driven HR professional with a strong HR generalist and business operations background with an emphasis on organisational development including cultural review, strategy, and coaching. Sara holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management, a Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety and is an accredited DISC Profiler and Internal Auditor for Quality Management Systems to ISO 9001.  Having worked in a variety of industries from SMEs, not-for-profit and large blue chip organisations, Sara is passionate about helping businesses recruit and retain the right people to support a positive & engaging workplace culture.

Amanda Stubenrauch

HR Advisor

Amanda has extensive experience in the fields of human resources, industrial relations and employment law after completing a Bachelor of Arts (Communication Studies) and a Bachelor of Laws.  Amanda’s passion and experience in these fields has led her to successfully represent small to medium sized businesses in the Fair Work Commission for Unfair Dismissal and General Protections Claims, as well as in the Fair Work Ombudsman for Underpayment Claims. Amanda has gained wide exposure in interpreting the Fair Work Legislation and Modern Award system as well as having the responsibility to assist with various employment practices and complexities.

Kaitlin Trebley

HR/WHS Advisor

Kaitlin is an experienced HR Professional with a strong generalist background across various industries including local government and agriculture, as well as working with small businesses. Being based in Esperance she brings a mix of academic and practical HR experience with a Bachelor of Commerce (Human Resources/Marketing) and Certificate IV OSH. Kaitlin has a strong interest in the agricultural industry and is passionate about award interpretation, employee performance and retention, as well as ensuring business productivity. Kaitlin’s focus is working with ProcessWorx’s farming clients.

Stephanie Topp

HR Advisor

Stephanie is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in Human Resources, Industrial Relations and Employment Law. Stephanie has a Bachelor of Arts in Social Psychology and Human Resources Management. Having worked for both private businesses and unions she has the ability to reflect and provide practical HR/IR advice with an understanding from many perspectives. Stephanie has extensive experience across multiple industries in Award interpretation and HR/IR assistance. She also has assisted employers and employees to resolve disputes in the Fair Work Commission and WA Industrial Relations Commission. Stephanie has a passion for working with small businesses and Farmers to assist with Award interpretation, performance management and legislative compliance.

Aimee Ford

HR Advisor

Aimee has extensive experience in the fields of industrial relations and employment law after completing a Bachelor of Laws at Curtin University and then practising as an employment lawyer for several years.  Aimee has helped many private and not for profit businesses with disputes in the Fair Work Commission and Federal Court.   Aimee has joined the ProcessWorx team to use her expertise to help clients manage the day to day challenges of people management.  Aimee is particularly passionate about resolving employee disputes, compliance maintenance and providing easy to understand advice.

Danii Wannberg

HR Advisor

Danii is an experienced employment relations professional with extensive experience and exposure across multiple industries in Award interpretation and HR/IR assistance. Danii holds a Bachelor of Business in Hotel and Resort Management, which lead her to numerous internal Human Resources roles within the Hospitality and Tourism Industry before expanding to external employment relations assistance to businesses in a wide range of industries. Danii is extremely passionate about supporting businesses with people management and the interpretation of Awards and legislation, ensuring compliance is maintained.

Marisa is an experienced and motivated HR professional with a strong HR generalist and business operations background with a focus on employee relations, performance management, leadership training & development, workers compensation & injury management, and employee retention. Marisa holds a Bachelor of Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Behavioural Science with a minor in Counselling. Having worked in a variety of industries from SMEs to large blue-chip organisations, Marisa is passionate about enriching employee experience, employee retention, and building leadership capability in people management.

Tom Sterle

Senior WHS Advisor

Tom has extensive expertise in workplace health and safety with experience in the mining, agriculture, construction, logistics and manufacturing industries as an advisor, policy developer and auditor. Tom’s qualifications include Certificate IV Occupational Health & Safety, Diploma Quality Management – Auditing, and a Certificate III Investigative Services.  As well as being a registered Workplace Incident Investigator, Tom is a recognised RABQSA Auditor for OHS, environmental and quality management systems and National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation.  Tom assists our clients with all aspects of safety management.

Aimee has a strong understanding of Workplace Health and Safety Legislation and standards and has extensive HSEQ experience in a number of industries. Aimee has a great ability to engage across all levels of organisation, including field teams, leadership and external stakeholders. Aimee ensures Health and Safety Management Systems are compliant to legislation, effectively implemented and understood by all. Aimee has a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety and qualifications in auditing and incident investigations. Aimee is passionate about coaching and developing small businesses towards a positive safety culture.

Luke Bennecke has developed a diversified Workplace Health and Safety skillset having worked across a range of industries and studying a health science background. Luke holds a Bachelor of Science (Sport Science, Exercise & Health) from The University of Western Australia and is undertaking a Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety. Luke will be actively engaged in the development of WHS systems and technology to ensure we are meeting ongoing client needs. Luke is passionate about educating and spreading safety awareness in the workplace to keep employees safe and fit for work.

Alice has recently received a First Class Honours degree in Psychology. Alice helps to maintain and support the ProcessWorx portal and information systems. Alice also manages ProcessWorx’s social media platforms and digital communications.

Tracy has been involved in broadacre agriculture for the past 30 years and currently farms in the northern Wheatbelt where she manages both HR and Safety in her farm enterprise. Tracy is passionate about the agricultural industry, the people in Ag and has a keen interest in farm safety. Tracy is involved in her local grower group and was a member on the board of Safe Farms (WA).

Pierce Paynter

System Support

Pierce has joined ProcessWorx to assist the IT Director with the management of products and internal IT systems. Pierce has completed a Certificate IV in Information Technology (Web Development) and a Diploma in Information Technology. Pierce has built several computers and has a passion for the development of websites and applications.

Ian has joined the ProcessWorx team to support the development of our Information Technology systems. Ian has several years of experience in IT support roles and has strong technical skills. Ian has previous work experience in electrical estimating, with a demonstrated history in the construction industry.
