ProcessWorx provide an invaluable service to Breast Cancer Care WA, for which we are so grateful. As a grass roots WA charity, we simply don't have the resources to have our own dedicated HR arm within our organisation.

Thanks so much Danielle, the webinar was really valuable. It’s great to get confirmation that some commonsense processes that automatically come into play can be effective. However, it is great to have the reassurance that we have your tools and guidance to address underperformance via PIPs. Your comments on ‘personal issues are no excuse of underperformance’ are invaluable, I’m sure this is dealt with most days with employers.
