How to successfully manage the challenges of social media in the workplace.
This month ProcessWorx delivered the first of a series of workshops designed to help manages with the ongoing challenges of the modern workplace.
Our first session was on Social Media in the Workplace. During the session we reviewed a number of recent case studies and addressed some of the common pitfalls associated with social media including:
- Loss of productivity due to social media distractions
- Increased opportunity for discrimination, harassment and bullying
- Damage to business reputation
As a group we discussed the best way to handle these issues and prevent them from happening in the future.
The attendees all received a Social Media pack which included a Social Media Policy.
